Jet and the Neighborhood Loans team did a fantastic job with helping us through our home buying experience. Even under an extreme family emergency he was able to get us a fast closing time and reduced interest rate! Truly a dedicated and friendly experience that I can't recommend enough. If you're a first time home buyer you need to use Neighborhood Loans.

I worked with Justin Rodriguez and his team at Neighborhood Loans. I am glad I worked with them and had them as a team to purchase my first home. I had went through multiple other lenders who were not a good fit. This team from the first interaction were very nice and personable. They were always professional and polite. My questions were always answered timely and I received regular updates throughout the process. They made sure I understood everything and that I was in a great position going into closing. I appreciate Justin and his team for all their hard work and would definitely recommend them to others.

I worked with Greg Iverson and his team (Shannon and Alex) at Neighborhood on purchase of a out of state rental property. From my first reach out to Greg all the way to the closing, my experience with the team was exceptional. The interactions were always professional and timely with adequate level of information shared. While I was going through the process, the rates were jumping all over the place so it was really helpful to have Greg's team on top of it to suggest a lock-in when a sudden dip happened in the rates. This was my first experience working with the Neighborhood team and I will certainly work with them in future.

Alex at Neighborhood Loans was absolutely fantastic! I am a first time home-buyer and he made the financing process so smooth. He let me know what he needed from me and what the next steps would be, and he kept me updated every step of the way. He also has a great network of realtors, lawyers, etc., and I ended up going with a couple of his contacts, and they were also great people to work with.
